In stock items usually ship within 3 business days (Continental United States). For international (including Canada) shipping, please allow 2 weeks.

Sales Tax
Orders originating and shipped within the state of Washington will have sales tax added.

Canceling Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Returns/Exchanges
Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition. If any Designer Duds for Dogs website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. Do not mark or tape original packaging in any way. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use.

You must notify us by e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 30 day (calendar days not working days) period will result in refusal of your return. *We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you notify us via e-mail, you will be issued a RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package you send to us. Once you receive this number, you have seven days to return the item/s to us. Original manufacturers packaging MUST be shipped back with an outside carton; do not return items in only the original manufacturers packaging. Any packages received without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside, or received after 30 days (calendar days not working days), will be returned to sender. It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us and use delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrive damaged, due to shipping.

Allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed. All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit. On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return. *Returns for store credit must meet the above terms.

All clearance sales are final, no returns / exchanges will be accepted on any clearance merchandise.

Exchanges
We do not "technically" make exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow above return procedures, and you will be issued store credit, which you may use to purchase any items of your choice.
